Privacy notice

Who is responsible
Rebecca Davies, trading as Radex Coaching
You can contact Rebecca about anything in this notice at radexcoaching@gmail.com.
What the booking form collects
When you use the form on the contact page we collect what you type in:
- your name, email address and phone number
- who is skating (child or adult) and their age
- which session you are interested in
- anything you tell Rebecca, such as nerves, additional needs or experience
We use this only to reply to you, to arrange lessons and to make sure Rebecca knows what a skater needs. We do not use it for anything else.
How your message is delivered
This website has no database. When you press send, your message goes to an email delivery service called Resend, which emails it to Rebecca. A copy of the email then sits in Rebecca's inbox. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles the request on its way through.
If you would rather not use the form, you can message Rebecca on WhatsApp or by email instead.
The safety form
The safety form, code of conduct and waiver are on a separate service, flow.page. What you enter there is covered by that service's own privacy notice.
Cookies and analytics
We would like to use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, no analytics cookies are set. Until you choose, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that does not set cookies.
You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. Your choice is saved in your own browser.
The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
How long we keep your details
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them. Email radexcoaching@gmail.com and Rebecca will deal with it.
If you are not happy with how your details have been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
